Assessment Tools
We use a variety of assessment tools that are appropriate for greater understanding of self and others such as Paradigm - WorkPlace Big 5, DiSC, DiSC Work of Leaders, Lominger Leadership Architect™, and others. Assessment tools are used when they will provide meaningful insights to increase self-awareness for individuals and teams.
The Process
Prior to starting your coaching process, we will review your goals and expectations. Meetings usually last for 1 hour every two to three weeks by video link which provides our clients with time to reflect on their goals and objectives from the previous meetings. Our coaching process is fully confidential and usually one-on-one with the client. When appropriate the client might want and benefit from a coaching meeting with their team, a member of their team, or their supervisor. We help our clients get clear on their goals and actions required to achieve maximum results.
